(2) the setlist of this show was played by Grateful Dead on August 13, 1975 at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, as heard on the official CD release "One From the Vault"...as the band started playing Help on the Way, each member was introduced by name and instrument (in the same manner Bill Graham introduced GD at the original 1975 show), followed by "Ladies and Gentlemen, Phil Lesh & Friends"....the 8/13/75 show included Grateful Dead's first performances of Music Never Stopped and Sage & Spirit, and their final performance of Blues for Allah
